Developed in conjunction with our affiliate, XIA Systems, this project involved providing instructional design support, graphic design, software development, prototyping, implementation and testing of five new eLearning modules and redesign of two existing eLearning modules.

Bilingual SCORM and CBT versions of all the modules were created. In pilot usability tests, learners gave the course an overall ranking of 4.5 on a five point scale and gave ease-of-use a ranking of 4.23. Learners rated the course as having "better graphics" and "being easier to use" than the earlier modules. Installation time was reduced from 2 days to 15 minutes using our tools and processes.
